I've listed a few things I think are important to know and I hope the following answers any questions you might have but if there is a topic not covered, please feel free to contact me anytime.
About the Jewelry
  • I use Sterling Silver that is milled here in the United States. I also use recycled sterling silver products where possible.
  • The sterling silver I use is alloyed with copper. My jewelry is 100% nickel-free. 
  • The jewelry you order may be slightly different than the picture and all sizes and measurements listed are approximate. The little variations are your guarantee that I handmake every piece.
  • Because every computer monitor, and display and color settings are different, the color of metals or gemstones in the pictures may vary from the actual piece.
  • I'm happy to work with you on a custom order. Just contact me with your ideas!
Purchase Details
  • I generally ship within 5-7 business days. If there will be a delay, I will send an email.
  • All items are shipped in a pretty organza gift bag, wrapped by extra padding, and placed into a padded envelope.
  • I ship USPS first class with delivery confirmation. If you need an item sooner or would like insurance or have any questions, please contact me directly for info and any add'l charges before purchase.
  • Prices listed do not include shipping....shipping is added at checkout.
  • If you are a WA state resident, sales tax will be added at checkout.
  • When you are ready for payment, you will be directed to Paypal for secure payment, but rest assured, you do not have to have a PayPal account to use a credit card.
  • If you would like to use your PayPal account, please make sure your PayPal email and mailing address information is up to date.
  • If you would like to pay by check, contact me directly, do not use PayPal. Items purchased will be sent after confirmation of check clearance.
  • International Buyers: Please contact me directly prior to purchasing an item so that I can figure a correct total for you.
Refunds and Exchanges
  • Please contact me within 5 days from the date of delivery confirmation if you're not happy with your purchase.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Items must be unused, unworn and in original condition. Items must be returned in original packaging.
  • No refunds or exchanges on custom orders.
  • If there is a balance to the buyer on an exchange, it will be issued in the form of a store credit.
